Robert Daschner, D. C., Chairman of Quality Council

Dr. Daschner is a graduate of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and has served as CRG’s Quality Council since 2003. He is a participating network provider in Waseca, MN and also a member of the Minnesota Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Jon Helle, Operations Administrator

Jon Helle graduated with a degree in business finance from Bethel University. He has been with CRG since 2007 working as a business analyst, claims specialist, utilization management coordinator, and systems manager. Gayle Cyphers, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P

Gayle Cyphers, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P, studied Health Information Management at the College of St. Scholastica, and brings a wealth of HIM and data management experience to the Trillium roster. Gayle's previous employers have included St. Joseph's Hospital (HealthEast), St. Croix Orthopaedics P.A., and Marty Chiropractic. She is also adjunct faculty at Rasmussen College where she teaches courses in medical coding, medical terminology, and health information techology.

William Krannich, Quality and Compliance Specialist

William Krannich is a graduate of Concordia University, St. Paul, MN. His work experience prior to joining CRG includes network service management with Optum Health. He is the manager of CRG’s credentialing department and has accountability for network compliance.
